Bareos offers qualified support by Bareos developers or certified experts. Bareos support contracts are available to all customers who have a valid subscription. You can contact our support team by phone, email or ticketing system. Different response times are available, up to 24/7 support for selected contracts.

Direct support from the manufacturer

We offer support directly from the manufacturer. After reporting a problem by phone, email or via our ticketing system, we analyze malfunctions and unexpected behavior of the backup software and help you solve the problem.

We usually fix bugs with the next release; in severe cases we provide a hotfix if possible. Prices for support are based on the number of incidents and the desired response time. For more details and terms and conditions, please refer to our price list.

Supported Bareos versions

We offer support for the three most recent major releases. This means that we support the current release and the two previous Bareos versions. This also includes maintenance releases, i.e. releases that solve minor bugs or other problems. Support for older versions is available on request.
